Ski 2 Champoluc History

Ski 2 is a privately owned, independent ski company, founded in 1999. Originally specialising only in the Italian resort of Champoluc, Ski 2 acquired the ski tour operation of Snow Team Les Gets, which had operated in the French resort of Les Gets for a number of years and subsequently integrated their chalet portfolio into the Ski 2 holiday portfolio.

1998 – Roger Walker and Simon Brown set up Ski 2, offering holidays to the Italian resort of Champoluc in north west Italy. Simon and Roger previously worked for a specialist schools ski tour operator based in the Aosta Valley.

2005 – Ski 2 add the Italian resort of San Cassiano in the Dolomites to their programme

2008 – Ski 2 drop the Italian resort of San Cassiano for operational reasons

2016 – Specialist French chalet operator, Snowteam Les Gets bought by Ski 2 and integrated into the Ski 2 programme –

2018 – Ski 2 add campzero, Champoluc to their holiday programme.

2019 – Ski 2 named by The Times as one of the top ski holiday companies

2020 – Ski 2 add Chalet Tavernier, Morzine and Hotel Charmant Petit Lac, Champoluc to their holiday programme.
